Where can I find individual study spaces in the Library?
Answer
Individual study spaces can be found throughout the Library:
- There are banks of individual desks on the ground floor, near the lift, and on the first floor, outside the Mac Lab
- There are a number of individual desks located between shelving bays on both the ground floor and the first floor
- More desks for individual study can be found on the raised stage level of the ground floor, on either side of the print journal shelves
- There is also a dedicated Quiet Study Space on the stage level (located to the left of the print journals). This room has six study spaces, including two desks with docking stations where you can connect your own laptop
- Students are free to use the Mac Lab if it is not being used for teaching or workshops
If you need a hand finding any of these spaces, please ask a member of the Library team and we'll be happy to help.
