Where can I send my comments and suggestions about inclusivity, accessibility or sustainability?

Answer

The GSA Library Inclusivity Group operates as a community of practice where we share knowledge and experience to improve the services we offer to staff and students at GSA and beyond.

There are four main areas of focus for the Inclusivity Group:

  1. Knowledge
  2. Accessibility
  3. Inclusion
  4. Sustainability

In the past, we've worked on inclusive cataloguing projects and produced subject guides on topics such as Neurodiversity.

If you have suggestions, comments or questions about any of these topics, you can send them on to the Inclusivity Group by emailing library@gsa.ac.uk or by using our contact form.

One to one support

The library is happy to arrange 1-2-1 support for any of our students or staff with additional support needs. To find out about our services or to arrange an appointment, please contact Assistant Librarian, Charlotte Dunn at c.dunn@gsa.ac.uk.

You can also book one-to-one appointments with Learning Technology staff if you require help with the digital tools we use at the GSA. These are available in the Library Services course in Canvas.

  • You can book an appointment with Bec Oliva to look at Canvas and make sure your notifications, emails, inbox and calendar work for you. There are lots of general pointers I can help with too!
  • You can book an appointment with Andrew Lochhead to assist with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, printing and other learning technologies. There are lots of general pointers I can help with too!

If you need help booking an appointment or you haven't done it before, please see our guide to booking an appointment in Canvas
