I can't access my course reading list, the pages are not loading and I just get a Kortext logo. How can I fix this?

Answer

Students can access their Resource Lists using the links in Canvas or by visiting our Resource List site (links to external site).

There have been reports that sometimes the Kortext logo appears and it looks like it is loading but the pages don't appear.

The solution is to allow third-party cookies.

 

The following instructions are for Google Chrome.

Click on the eye icon next to the address bar as shown below.

 

This brings up a pop-up informing you that a third-party cookie is blocked.

Click Allow Cookies.

The content should then load correctly.
