Sometimes academic study, life events, working with others and socialising can leave us feeling a little stressed, tired, upset or even fearful. It is important to remember that it is perfectly understandable to feel this way. There are lots of resources available at GSA to provide support, and to help you get back on track. Check out some of the health and wellbeing resources available to you via the Library in our dedicated guide.
