Do you hold all past student dissertations?

Answer

No. We hold around 5000 past dissertations in the Library, but this is selective. Historically, some programmes or study did not deposit their dissertations with us. Due to space constraints, in recent years we have only taken dissertations awarded A or above, particularly at undergraduate level. We also remove underused dissertations from the collection annually, again due to space constraints.

All the dissertations we hold are indexed in our Library Catalogue. If a particular dissertations in not returned through a title or author search, it is not held by the Library.
